About
A Real Charlotte Team, Not a Bot
RankOps is an AI-search visibility agency founded by Tyler Moncrieff in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2025 — North Carolina's first GEO-focused agency. We make local businesses the answer when customers ask AI who to call, and we do it as a real team with a real phone number: (828) 471-0032.
Why RankOps exists
Search stopped being ten blue links. Your customers now ask ChatGPT which mechanic to trust and get one name back. Most local businesses have no idea whether that name is theirs — and most agencies are still selling them page-one rankings. RankOps was built for the new question: when AI answers, is it you?
How we work
Everything is done-for-you and deployed to your site and your accounts. Prices are on the page (all of them), checkout is direct, and there's no contract — if the work isn't worth keeping us for, you keep the work anyway. We publish our method openly (the Moncrieff Method) because the proof is live neighborhood pages anyone can click, not a pitch deck.
Where RankOps came from
RankOps isn't a startup that appeared from nowhere — it's five web ventures Tyler built and ran independently from 2022 to 2024 (signal tracking, web builds, AI prompt engineering, automation, and GEO content), merged into one agency in 2025. Before taking a single client, Tyler proved the method on his own site — 100 pages, real AI citations, zero ad spend.
