• Submit your business name, website URL, or email through the AI Score Checker form
• Book a call via Calendly (governed by Calendly's own privacy policy)
• Complete a purchase through Stripe (governed by Stripe's privacy policy)

• Subscribe to the RankOps newsletter via Beehiiv

We may also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit rankops.net, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited, via Cloudflare analytics.

How We Use Your Information

RankOps uses minimal cookies. Cloudflare may set functional cookies to operate the site. We do not use advertising cookies, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or retargeting pixels. If you use the AI Score Checker, your form submission is processed by our Cloudflare Worker and D1 database to generate your score — no third-party analytics platforms receive this data.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Score checker submissions are retained in our database for service delivery and quality review. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Children's Privacy

RankOps services are intended for business owners and marketing professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

RankOps uses Cloudflare's enterprise-grade infrastructure, HTTPS everywhere, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take this seriously.

Changes to This Policy

RankOps may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of rankops.net after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be noted on the homepage where practical.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
