What we collect
Information you submit (business name, website, email, phone when you run a check, subscribe, or buy), the results of the site checks you request, and standard web analytics. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What we do with it
Deliver what you asked for: score reports, tracker dashboards, purchased packages, and the newsletter if you subscribed. We email you about your results and services. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with the processors that make the service work: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting), Google (Apps Script, Sheets, Gmail and the Gemini API, used to build and email the free AI Visibility Map and to run the AI Citation Tracker's checks), Google Analytics (site analytics), Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps used to improve the site) and Formspree (contact and inquiry forms).
The free AI Visibility Map runs on Google's free Gemini tier, where Google may use what we send to improve its products. For a map we send Gemini only public text from your website and what you typed about your business, never your email address.
Your choices
Unsubscribe links work, and replying "stop" to any RankOps email works too. To have your data corrected or deleted, email tyler@rankops.net. A person reads it. Questions: contact us.
